Quan canviem el patr\u00f3 de respiraci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 podem canviar d\u2019estat emocional.<\/p>\n<p>Ser m\u00e9s conscient de la respiraci\u00f3 et mant\u00e9 en el present i et permet desenvolupar recursos propis per gestionar m\u00e9s b\u00e9 l\u2019estr\u00e8s, l\u2019ansietat i tota mena de desequilibris f\u00edsics i emocionals.<\/p>\n<p>Ser m\u00e9s conscient de la respiraci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 t\u2019ajuda a recuperar els bons h\u00e0bits respiratoris, la qual cosa es tradueix en un cos i una ment m\u00e9s sans.
