Shipping
All products sold by BeHarpy are shipped via a courier service throughout Spain and Europe.
The order preparation time is a maximum of 72 hours from receipt.
For any issue, return, cancellation or inquiry regarding your order, please contact us by sending an email to info@beharpy.com
Returns and Refunds
BeHarpy offers the possibility to cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped, or to return it if a product has arrived damaged or in poor condition.
BeHarpy will replace it with another in good condition at no additional cost.
The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt, and the product must be returned properly packaged and in good condition (unused) to the following address:

Refunds are not issued if the purchase has been completed correctly.
