HARMONICA AND BREATHING WORKSHOP Based on the "Conscious Breathing: The 7 Steps" course

How does playing harmonica affect our health and our emotions? How can the harmonica be a tool for self-knowledge, an open door to meditative states, a pathway to happiness?

There is a series of very simple breathing exercises that help us balance our nervous system and find the most optimal state for playing the harmonica. These exercises also allow us to practice techniques that we use when playing the harmonica and that we often neglect.

Working on mindful practices using the harmonica will enhance your
awareness when playing. This workshop is designed to connect you with your breathing through the harmonica. If you already play the harmonica, it will help you improve your tone and technique; if you have never played before, it will reveal a new way of breathing more consciously.

Playing harmonica and mastering breathing techniques is always a win- win!
